Greetings from Koh Samui, Thailand.
I’m in my final week of an advanced teacher training. It has been such a gift and a privilege to finally return after three years and deepen into my own yoga practice in the company of yoga teachers and practitioners from all over the world. Our TT group is smaller than previous years as we all get used to travelling once again and Thailand begins to open up but the sense of community and shared experience is as deep and nourishing as ever.
I love being a student, these teachings are highly experiential as we continually integrate the theory into our own practice, whether a led class or self-practice before sharing and passing on through our work with others.
