Reclaiming Wholeness is a journey of transformation, connection and practice designed to support conscious, heart-centred leaders doing important engaged work in the world.

As a result, you will learn to…

  • Understand the need to come back to your self-care before everyone else’s needs and then be in relationship with others so that your high performance flows between productivity, renewal and the ability to rest wholeheartedly. 
  • To be at ease with uncertainty and paradox of life’s challenges, holding space for what needs to emerge.
  • Remain present and peaceful as a leader while expressing boldness, honesty and compassion.
  • Move out of disconnection and then find more joy, freedom, creativity, and enriching experiences without losing your productivity. 
  • Establish healthy boundaries and mindfulness practices enabling you to prioritise your own desires and express your wants and needs.

INSIDE THE PROGRAM

Reclaiming Wholeness has three levels of support and investment.

All women in all three levels attend the retreat together as one group and receive the same retreat content. Level 2 and Level 3 provide deeper levels of personalized support, content customization and women’s community.

6 Integration Private Sessions (60 minutes each, 2 in-person in Thailand and 4 calls on Zoom)

These will serve as an opportunity to bring forward your intentions, needs, and obstacles. You’ll receive focused, caring support to help deepen your inner and outer work. You will learn, refine, and deepen your understanding and skills. At the same time we will explore limiting beliefs and emotional barriers, that may be holding you back so that you can wholeheartedly step into your full potential.

Level 1 – Replenish

This highly personalised group experience includes a 7-Day Thailand Retreat 10-17 February 2024 – an invitation to receive the gift of time and space. Designed to help you replenish, accessing the deep level of inner peace and renewal that comes from slowing down and learning to trust what your body and mind needs to thrive.

Level 1 Includes

Pre-Retreat Welcome Call to introduce and get to know each other, intention setting and Q & A. (60 minutes)

Private WhatsApp Group to share experiences, resources, connect and build relationships before and after the retreat.

7-nights in a tranquil, soulful retreat surrounded by unspoilt beauty of nature so that you can rest in the fullness of being, embodying confidence and trust aligned with your true purpose.

Daily morning and evening yoga integrating energizing yoga practices and gentle movement into your daily routine to ease pain and cultivate a greater understanding and a more caring relationship to your body.

Daily pranayama and meditation learn effective breathing exercises to feel calm, manage stress and increase your energy level so that you can perform better and live life more fully. Meditation will help manage your thoughts, reduce stress, anxiety and burnout.

Journaling prompts and creative self-enquiries to help you stay focused and tap into your daily, weekly, monthly and seasonal rhythms. Aligning self-care practices with cycles of nature, you’ll find wisdom and strength in the seasonal changes, a rhythm and beauty that feels grounding.

3 x 60 min Total Self-Care Therapies a high value package offering a selection of massage, holistic therapies and treatments to enhance your time for de-stress and renewal.

2 x live workshops, discussion and Q & A. allowing for deeper processing, aligning and balancing your feminine and masculine essences to embody a more authentic self, enabling you to prioritise your own desires and express your wants and needs. (Optional)

Level 2 – Emergence

In addition to a 7-day Thailand retreat, Level 2 includes 6 post-retreat online integration calls. These intimate circle groups are an important part of the journey. They’re designed for like-minded women wanting to integrate the value of the retreat experience and uplevel the way you make sense of your day-to-day, how to meet other people’s demands and also take care of your own needs at the same time and in new ways.

6 Integration Circle Meetings (90 minutes each on Zoom)

Twice a month post-retreat, we’ll gather in an online collective space where you can continue to thrive in meaningful connections, advance your knowledge and practices to support balance in your high performance flow between productivity, renewal and the ability to rest wholeheartedly.

We will check-in, work on a monthly theme that allows for deeper processing work, followed by Q & A, an invitation to share individual experiences and feedback.

Level 3 – Thrive

This is the highest level of support you’ll receive from me. Level 3 includes 6 private sessions in addition to the Thailand retreat and online integration calls. The private sessions will serve as an opportunity to bring forward your intentions, needs, and obstacles – enabling you explore what is next for you in terms of how you want to shape and influence culture in the next chapter of your life and career.

6 Integration Private Sessions (60 minutes each,
2 in-person in Thailand and 4 calls on Zoom)

These will serve as an opportunity to bring forward your intentions, needs, and obstacles. You’ll receive focused, caring support to help deepen your inner and outer work.

The first in-person session will be at the beginning of our retreat in Thailand. The second towards the end of the retreat. The following 4 online sessions will take place during our 3 months together. 

You will learn, refine, and deepen your understanding and skills. At the same time we will explore limiting beliefs and emotional barriers, that may be holding you back so that you can wholeheartedly step into your full potential.

As a driven and over-worked business owner, I tried yoga to help relieve stress and regain strength and flexibility. I never looked back and sold my company to dedicate my career to inspiring others to prioritize their health, well-being and stress relief through yoga.

Since 2014 I have completed 1100+ hour yoga teachers training at Centered Yoga, Samahita in Thailand, am certified by Yoga Alliance RYT 500 and regularly attend continued professional development in philosophy, anatomy, movement including alignment and somatic practices, pranayama (breath work) and meditation. I specialize in teaching private clients as well as offer coaching, holistic immersion programmes and lead retreats.

In 2020, I became a certified Integral Facilitator through Ten Directions Integral Facilitation Program led by Diane Musho Hamilton, a master facilitator, mediator and Zen Roshi. The training combined leading insights from the fields of developmental psychology and Zen awareness together in an Integral approach has had a profound effect on the way I connect to the world around me and approach my work and life.

I’m currently studying a Mastery program with Suzanne Anderson, psychologist, author, executive coach and transformational facilitator having completed her 15-month in-depth integral leadership development program for women in December 2022. This deep work explores the powerful evolutionary capacity for women to live, love and lead with a whole new level of consciousness and leadership capacity.

My background as a professional ballet dancer, teacher and business owner plus being a mother of 3 sons and living in a foreign country all contribute to my strengths as a teacher, allowing me to help clients who are looking for a way to integrate their whole beings and awaken to their innate wisdom, courage and potential.
