Renew and Recharge Retreat – Nourishing the body, mind and soul.

As Luzern fully embraces Fastnacht, the Swiss carnival season this week there will be many taking to the streets to enjoy the music, parades, confetti, parties and sheer creativity that comes to life. Others will escape to the mountains for their winter ski break.
And then before we know it we’ll be approaching spring. My favourite time of year for starting afresh, new beginnings and growth.
Most of my services and offerings that I may refer to you are local to Luzern and central Switzerland.
However, now I have a beautiful opportunity to also connect with those of you in person who live further away, perhaps even in other parts of the world, and may not have the chance to visit Luzern for a yoga class.

Yoga and Self-Care Retreat

It was an absolute joy to lead a yoga retreat in Tessin last year with a beautiful and diverse group of women. I truly appreciated their trust, commitment, courage, curiosity as well as their support for one another.
It was a memorable experience, I learned so much through their insights, observations and questions about yoga and self-care shared over leisurely brunches and evening meals with organic home-cooked food, open-lit fireplaces and on picturesque hiking trails.
