I currently teach group yoga classes in-person and online. Choices vary throughout the year between weekly Vinyasa Flow and Mindful Yin Yoga, 8-week Deep-Dive Immersion, 4-week Rediscover Yoga and a variety of in depth workshops. Classes are in English.

A style of yoga with a smooth and flowing sequence of postures synchronised to the breath.
The Vinyasa Flow yoga classes are offered in 10-week sessions giving you the opportunity to gradually build on a previous class and develop consistency. This will help you gain a deeper understanding, awareness, strength and flexibility over time. Single drop-ins are also welcome.

Join me for Mindful Yin Yoga from the comfort of your home. Everyone is welcome. Through a series of passive poses we focus on the ligaments, joints, bones, and deep fascia networks.
