Livestream: Mindful Yin Yoga 

Improves energy flow through targeting the deep connective tissues of the body .

Join me for Mindful Yin Yoga from the comfort of your home. Everyone is welcome. Through a series of passive poses we focus on the ligaments, joints, bones, and deep fascia networks.

A style of yoga with a smooth and flowing sequence of postures synchronised to the breath.

 Join me for Vinyasa Flow Yoga from the comfort of your home. Previous experience is recommended. Each class is designed to help you gain a deeper understanding, awareness, strength and flexibility.
