The studio is a calm oasis within the center of the old town, a short walking distance from public transport, car park and station.

The yoga classes are offered in 6 week sessions giving you the opportunity to gradually build on a previous class and develop consistency. This will help you gain a deeper understanding, awareness, strength and flexibility over time.

If you purchase a 6 week session and happen to miss a class(es), you’re welcome to join one of the other classes on the offer within a 6 week period.

6 Week Beginners Yoga Course
– An Introduction to Ashtanga

The 6 Week Beginners Yoga Course only runs a few times a year and enrollment will open soon.

I will help you develop a yoga self-practice safely, effectively and with complete confidence even as a beginner – one that you can integrate into your life and practice anywhere at anytime.

You will learn the basics of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga – one of the most respected styles of yoga in the world. The practice includes a set sequence of postures synchronising breath and movement, designed to purify and tone the body while building core strength. This course is even suitable for those new to yoga because it offers an approach for which you don’t need any prior experience.
