An 8-week experience cultivating positive habits, a calmer mind and healthier body.
Despite the beauty of the warm, balmy summer days, the slower pace and lack of rigid timetables, autumn will soon be upon us with new schedules, family commitments, demanding career deadlines – and before you know it, you’ll find you’re trapped once again – rarely having time for exercise, eating on the go, feeling sluggish and your body stiff, not sleeping well.
You know deep down something is out of balance. No-one would suspect, you seem on top of your game but it’s taking its toll on your mind and body. A part of you is missing and you want to experience a positive change and feel connected once again.
Join me and reclaim your health and connection to your body through a personalised approach.

What Makes This Different From Other Yoga Programs?
This is not a one-size-fits-all program. This is a personal relationship with someone who’s an expert in working one-on-one with yoga clients.
It is designed to help you transform your self-care by taking practical, effective, sustainable steps towards a healthier body and way of working.
As a result, you’ll discover this experience delves much deeper than just the physical practice and can help bring real transformative change through awareness in all other aspects of your life.
Developing healthy habits takes time which is why I’m supporting you for a full 8-weeks so that you cultivate a loving, caring relationship with your body that supports the work you put out into the world.
Meet Your Teacher, Karen
As a driven and over-worked business owner, I tried yoga to help relieve stress and regain strength and flexibility. I never looked back and sold my company to dedicate my career to inspiring others to prioritize their health, well-being and stress relief through yoga.
Since 2014 I have completed 1100 hour yoga teachers training at Centered Yoga, Samahita in Thailand, am certified by Yoga Alliance RYT 500 and regularly attend continued professional development in philosophy, anatomy, movement including alignment and somatic practices, pranayama (breath work) and meditation. I specialize in teaching private clients as well as offer coaching, group classes, holistic immersion programmes and lead retreats.
In 2020, I became a certified Integral Facilitator through Ten Directions Integral Facilitation Program led by Diane Musho Hamilton, a master facilitator, mediator and Zen Roshi. The training has had a profound effect on the way I connect to the world around me and approach my work and life.
My background as a professional ballet dancer, teacher and business owner plus being a wife, mother of 3 sons and living in a foreign country all contribute to my strengths as a teacher, allowing me to help clients who are looking for a way to integrate balance into their busy lives.

What Others Are Saying About Working with Karen
It truly was an eye opener for me that I need to use, move and nourish my body! That I could feel with all my body and soul that I had been really missing yoga and the wellness that it provides to body, mind and spirit.
This experience with Karen is what we busy professional mothers are in need of for daily support for our body, mind and spirit – yoga, meditation and deep caring!”
Marian Nielson Joos
“Thanks to Karen and her Deep Dive Immersion experience I could definitely open my heart, my brain and all the cells of my body to the beauty and the effectiveness of yoga, meditation, breathing and self-care. In the past and before the course started, I’d always been reluctant to approach these disciplines.
It was an 8-week journey through emotions, discovery, enrichment, achievement and much, much more.
The course was really well organized and the weekly goals were very effective! Karen lead us through the journey with high professionalism but especially with lots of empathy. Thanks to Karen I could see extreme changes in myself and the way in which to approach my life. In 8 weeks she managed to leave me with so many tools that I can use in each moment of my day.
What I noticed most after the first class was a great inner smile, a deep hunger for discovering more and a strong desire to receive the next steps soon!
I really appreciated the way Karen introduced so many techniques, she’s a great teacher. I can only highly RECOMMEND the course! ”
“Having Karen as your teacher is gold. As an online entrepreneur, I’m almost superglued to my computer. The result is pain. Everywhere! My neck, my arms, wrists, back. I can feel it getting worse at the end of each project.
What makes this experience with Karen completely different from all the other yoga I have done is how simple and effective it is and yet truly deep and loving. Thank you so much Karen for being such a patient, caring, expert teacher, this was more special to me than I can explain.”
Esther de Charon de Saint Germain
“I honestly feel that you led me to take control of my life once again, empowered me in the most subtle and gentle ways to come to the conclusion that I am worth it and I can shine my light so much brighter with others if I start taking better care of myself.
I am now on towards better health and the tough realisation that I needed to change many of my old habits and create some healthier new ones.
So thank you again from the bottom of my heart for your brilliant teachings and care.”
“I was surprised by the breadth of information about self-care that was shared and the different modalities used to share it.
The Deep-Dive Immersion is a great way to receive & experience great inputs towards self-care on all different levels – with some yoga, meditation, breathwork, and various exercises and ideas. Karen is such a compassionate, competent & conscious teacher who was able to guide and support everyone where they were at.
This course helped me also to remember & reconnect with my self care practice. thank you!!!”

“I enjoyed my first taste at self care and yoga! I liked the relaxation, being with myself and the self-care tips. I noticed more calmness and taking more time for myself in between sessions.
The Deep-Dive Immersion is a great way to try out different techniques on how to take time to connect and get better acquainted with yourself.”
“The Deep-Dive Immersion was the highlight of my week. An informative and invigorating two hours which left me with some very doable ways to improve my health and happiness.
I liked Karen’s uplifting attitude and encouragement. I also appreciated the follow through after each class, the tips, information sheets and homework assignments.
I’m motivated to maintain good practices without feeling external pressure. It’s rather the positive result that acts as the motivation.”

Frequently Asked Questions
I’m Not Flexible Can I Still Participate?
Definitely! The Rejuvenating Your Body, Mind and Soul Experience is for everyone, and one of the many benefits of the practice is learning how to gain greater flexibility and ease in the body as well as relieving head, neck and back strain from repetitive motion and your sedentary work environment.
I Have Pre-Existing Pain and/or Injuries, Can I Still Practice?
Yoga and Mindful Movement practices are often advised to those dealing with pain or healing from injuries. However, please be sure to receive your doctor’s permission to begin any new physical activity. It is essential you tell me if you’re experiencing pain or recovering from any injuries, so I can help guide you through a safe practice.
What Do I Need to Wear?
Comfortable clothing that allows your body freedom to move. We practice without shoes.
Do I Need a Yoga Mat?
Studio yoga mats will be available to use during the course free of charge. However, I recommend purchasing your own yoga mat. This will help you stay accountable, build your confidence and make progress so that you can practice in between classes and after the course has finished. Any other yoga props required during class (e.g. straps, blocks, cushions and blankets) will be provided by the studio.
Should I Eat or Drink Before I Practice?
Try not to eat anything heavy before you practice. It will make breathing and your movements that much easier on an empty stomach. Try to avoid drinking during practice.
