How Does It Work?

  • Corporate Yoga is offered in the workplace or online for companies in Luzern & central Switzerland and online for the international companies around the world.
  • Companies choose the time that fits their employees best.
  • Early morning yoga / Lunch time yoga / After work yoga 
  • Alternatively, Chair Yoga is a helpful and accessible option for those with little or no yoga experience and who may be working at the computer all day.
  • Yoga lessons are 45-60 min.
  • Lessons are in English.

Classes and Events

  • Fixed price for a 3-4 month packages with 1-2 lessons a week.
  • One-time event and team building events.
  • Depending on room size classes can have up to 20 participants in-person, 100 participants online. 

Executive Sessions

  • Private sessions for busy executives.
  • 30 min tailor-made to specific needs around yoga, meditation and relaxation.
  • Also to prepare for big presentations.
  • Each session will focus on exercises for individual body type, taking into consideration fitness level, stress level, and personal health and goals.

What is the Setup?

  • Very easy, just a quiet, comfortable space large enough to use.
  • Each person will need a yoga mat and comfortable clothing. Chair yoga requires no yoga mat. 
  • No experience needed, ideal for beginners and experienced yoga participants.
  • Classes are designed to fit the needs of the individuals in each group.
