GROUP CLASSES

In peaceful, elegantly designed studios in Luzern. Vinyasa Flow, style of yoga with a smooth and flowing sequence of postures synchronised to the breath. Classes in English.

DEEP-DIVE IMMERSION

An 8-week experience for women longing for simple (but effective) habit changes. Reclaim your health and connection to your body through a personalised approach.

The Yoga and Self-Care Retreats allow you to slow down and develop a positive connection to yourself on a deep level. Reconnect with your body, your breath, with yourself.
