I help women in leadership move from disconnection, exhaustion and disillusionment to integrate their full beings into becoming embodied changemakers that they’re here to be.

I create sincere, high-touch spaces for stillness, movement and self-enquiry, where women are able to awaken to their innate wisdom, courage and potential, so they operate from a place of conscious integrity.
